A member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, her mastery of the field manifested itself into a long list of achievements. These include multiple first-author publications in international journals, graduating with a head and neck surgery diploma, and condemnation for exceptional performance.

Dr. Coughlan was already a skilled ENT surgeon, published author, and academic expert, but she also yearned to broaden her expertise into the aesthetic space. Despite her immense dedication to the surgical trade, which she still holds today, she also couldn’t ignore her lifelong passion for non-surgical rejuvenation techniques and wellness. She accurately forecasted a future of people preferring non-invasive procedures over the knife, earning a diploma in aesthetic medicine before completing her training in London’s renowned Harley Street.

As she was studying amongst the most prestigious aesthetic clinics in the world, Coughlan completed exclusive workshops with pioneers in the field. These include mastering the fern and tenting technique (AKA Russian lips) with help from the inventor himself, Dr. Tom Van Eikh! Additionally, she’s met countless more aesthetic experts throughout her career, which inspired her to put together an all-star team of doctors and nurses to join her at Inject.
